Hamton has been confirmed as the Commercial Development Partner for the North Melbourne Football Club (NMFC) in the Arden Precinct.

Hamton has been working with NMFC for the last 16 months to help share its submissions and advocate for changes to the Draft Arden Structure Plan released on June 2020.

In addition to supporting NMFC shape and deliver its vision for the precinct around its home, Hamton is working to identify and secure commercial development opportunities that support this vision and the future of the Club in Arden.

Hamton Executive Chairman, Paul Hameister OAM said, "Melbourne is our town and we care about the cultural institutions and traditions that make our city great".

"North Melbourne Footy Club is synonymous with Arden. The Club has called Arden Street its home for around 150 years. This Structure Plan process is a once in a century opportunity to leverage the Club as the hear and soul of what will be one of Australia's most exiting inner city urban renewal projects and then lay the foundations for the Club's future here".
